His policies are definitely not what his people expected him to enact, like the continuation of Ireneo Amaro's heavy industry policies and the downsizing of the Armed Forces. He also tried, unsuccessfully, to navigate through the turbulent period that is the beginning of the Second World War, even going all the way as to declare the nation neutral, but eventually fate and the Axis catches up with him, and he is assassinated by the Abwehr.

Starring:

Baldomero Agbayani is dead, killed by an assassin's bullet. Ladislao Amaro, his vice president and close friend, barely survives the same fate. But underneath all the blood and horror of the greatest conflict in human history were the seeds of change that would finally allow Margovia to bloom and prosper after the disaster that is "Three Years to Ultimate Prosperity."
