The Former violent gangland cultures in Worcestershire, Smethwick and the Capital Territory.[]
Between December 1995 and January 2007, the refugees and destitute began to fight for resources and supplies in many of the Federal Republics’ varicose towns, as in most of the world's survivor states. This lead to the emergence of both shanty towns and the violent street culture that thrived in them. New Phuket and Smethwick go a particularly bad reputation for this phenomena. Although the gangs call themselves "Militias" they were really just urban bandits, xenophobes, thugs, hoodlums and extortionists in all but name!

Demise of the gangs[]
- The 'Red and black' were crushed by the army in February 2005
- The 'Blue and white' were largely crushed by the army in May 2005. The remaining 'Blue and whites' merged with the 'Pink and blues' and 'Orange and blues' merged in May 2006 due to low membership and several being jailed in a series of 2005 police sting operations. They jointly disbanded in January 2007 due to decking membership.
- The 'All blues', 'Grey and white' and ‘yellow and pinks’ were crushed by the army in June 2006
- Most of the Orange and black were arrested and jailed in a 2005 sting operation.
- The 'Red, white and blue’ were crushed by the army in February 2005
- The 'All blacks', 'Blue, black and white' and 'White and blacks' merged in June 2006 due to raptly collapsing membership. They jointly disbanded in January 2007.
- The remaining gangs all disbanded at invervsls in 2008.
Most shanty towns were given sanitation and clean water by 2007, and were them mostly replaced by proper housing between 2006 and 2008. Educational policy became a social priority after 2005. As living conditions and the rule of law rose, people felt happier and the street gangs faded away.

Also see- the New Phuket and Phi Phi Islands housing estates. The crime rate is now extremely low on the New Phuket and Phi Phi Islands housing estates and in comparable to that in in Knighton and Churchstoke.
It is to there credit that most felons are young people only need do a couple of rehabilitation, community service and/or restorative justice schemas before finding there way in life and going on to make some thing better of there selves.
Smetwick has also carmlmed down greatly, but is still a bit of trouble on occasions. New housing, more jobs and cheeper food was thire mane concern.
