Renko: Tatiana is the name of the eighth season of the American television series Renko, based on the Arkady Renko novel Tatiana by Martin Cruz Smith and premiered on MBN on July 6, 2017 and will conclude on August 24, 2017. The season consists of 8 episodes and airs Thursdays on 10:00 PM ET.

  • Patrick Dempsey as Alexi Grigorenko, the son and heir presumptive of an assassinated oligarch who seeks to assert his claim over his father's business empire
  • Ted Danson as Maxim Dal, a poet who had a relationship with Tatiana and is eager, sometimes too eager, to help Renko in investigating her murder
  • Jim Parsons as Police Sergeant Victor Orlov, Renko's partner in investigating police cases

  • Stephen Fry as Sergei Obolensky, the editor of the magazine where Tatiana worked before her untimely death
  • Alan Alda as Prosecutor Zurin, Renko's boss in the police
  • Peyton List as Svetlana, Tatiana's apartment neighbor
  • Peter Capaldi as Professor Emeritus Kunin, a linguistics expert who befriended Renko when he was arrested back in the days of the Soviets and is the first person whom Renko hopes could decipher Bonnafos' notebook
  • Michael Gambon as Vladimir Sternberg, Lotte's grandfather and an elderly painter whose favorite (and only) subject was Stalin and, later on, Russian village scenes
